User Accounts
When creating an account with TuringText, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
Content Guidelines
As a user, you are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through TuringText. You must ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws and respects the intellectual property rights of others. Content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others is strictly prohibited and must comply with Instagram guidelines.
Subscription and Payment
The base product to create and schedule content on Instagram is free to use. Our optional premium subscription that leverages AI to create content is subject to a monthly charge. Payment is handled via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it. All fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the payment method associated with your account. You can manage your subscription settings via Stripe accessible through your TuringText account.
Intellectual Property
All content, including trademarks and service marks of TuringText, are under copyright protection. Users own the content that they create via TuringText (including captions and pictures). Users must ensure that the content they create and share through our platform does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Disclaimers and Liability
TuringText is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. TuringText will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage that may arise from the use of our services.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes and encourage you to review the terms periodically.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
